UK's Sun Picks Up Umaga Story

The British newspaper The Sun, in an article by Simon Rothstein, cites this blog’s report on Umaga’s cause of death. See http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/wrestling/2872949/Former-WWE-wrestler-Umaga-was-killed-by-a-heart-attack-brought-on-by-a-toxic-cocktail-of-drugs.html.

I commented for The Sun:

“Spin it any way you like, Umaga was the latest of hundreds of avoidable pro wrestler deaths over the last generation. This statistically impossible cluster of fatalities can be traced to unconscionable occupational health and safety standards, which include working conditions that can lead to abuse of steroids and prescription drugs. The high-profile candidacy of Linda McMahon for a U.S. Senate seat is an opportunity to correct the missed opportunity of the 2007 murder-suicide Chris Benoit, and use this heightened scrutiny to clean up wrestling.”
